PDFsWe can supply PDF proofs free of charge. When creating a PDF file always use Acrobat Distiller using the press quality settings from the drop down menu. All fonts used need to be embedded. All PDF files need to be composite CMYK or spot colour. Ensure that all PDF files have the necessary crop marks and bleeds. The crop marks should have even borders and bleeds should be specified at 2.5mm.
Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.We accept Microsoft Word or Publisher but because of incompatibilities with some functions a PDF proof will be sent to you free of charge.
ApplicationsWe use Mac and PC platforms so we can accommodate a wide variety of applications but the industry standards are Quark Express and Creative Suite including programmes such as Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design.
